NAPOWRIMO Day 8: Lover’s Binding Spell

To bind a lover.

Make Love Oil:
5 Dried Red Rose Petals
1 Spring Of Lavender
1 Yarrow Flower
1/2 Teaspoon Of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Of Rose Salt
1 Pink Pearl (optional)
1 Teaspoon of Lotus Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Of Rose Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Of Lavender Oil
1 Mortar and Pestle
1 Red or Pink Candle

This oil should be made around 12:00 AM on a sunny day. Put all the dry ingredients into the mortar and mix them, now light The red candle in front of you and add the oils in. Now mix them all together and add the pearl if you have one. Dip your fingers in the oil and let your energy flow into it thinking of what the oil will do for you.

Gather:
1 Nutmeg
Lodestone: 1 red (male) 1 green (female)
A bit of hair from thine own head
A Photograph of thy lover
1 Charm Bag

Scribe both names of yourseld and your lover on the back of the photo. Draw three complete circles around the names. Stuff the photo, the nutmeg, the lodestones, and your hair into the bag and seal tightly shut.

Anoint the bag with seven drops of the oil, one at a time, and chant:

“Be bound to me by the powers of Venus. Never shall a thing come between us. Never a thought of wandering away. You are bound to me from this day.”

Speak out this incantation with each of the seven drops of oil placed on the charm bag. That is, seven times in all. Thereafter, anoint the bag each Friday with the same amount of oil and repeat the same incantation with each drop.
